Casey's Pizza Restaurant in West Des Moines | Fresh, Friendly & Reliable

Adequate. I was hoping for a hot dog or brat but since there weren't any (maybe Casey's doesn't have those) I went with the old standby.

Couldn't give Casey's more props for the Stellar performance of your air compressor setup on the outside of your buildings these air nozzles are the best in town by far beat any other gas station 10 to 1 and its free, the donuts are good the bathrooms are always clean the pizzas to die for I mean the only thing that I don't like about them is they don't sell cheap cigarettes I can go to one of the fish games and get a pack of montego's for five bucks here they're $8 only drawback of this place the price on the cigarettes otherwise I would go here any day actually everyday thanks Casey's

We had ordered a pizza for delivery and when we recieved it, it was not to our liking. I called and talked with the manager who was so nice and helpful in rectifying the situation. He refunded me the money and made a whole new pizza which was cooked properly. A few days later I recieved a coupon for a free pizza in the mail with a hand written note apologizing for the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer!

My grandson and I went there yesterday 2-6 and we went for free slushies well the slushy machine was out of order and he was not happy so the male kitchen and the female cashier was very pleasant to my grandson and made it even better than free slushies so I just wanted to say thank you you did not have to do what you did and I appreciate your customer service and so did my grandson thank you to the female cashier that made my grandson very happy with your over the top hospitality

I don't think they've ever messed up my order, it's ready on time, and the employees are very chill. I don't love having ads blaring while I'm getting gas, but that's a Corporate issue, not the fault of the people working there.

Great gas station for a 1 stop shop. They have a great selection of food for morning and lunch time. The freezers are all stocked well and they keep the shelves filled with products. The pumps are clean and open to get in and out of with no problems. The bathrooms are clean and easy to get in and out of. The driveways are easy to get in and out of. Great store for a fill up and food stop.

The staff at this particular location is a cut above the rest. They're always looking for a way to improve your visit. This convenience store was much needed at this intersection for many years. Despite the high volume of business and traffic it is easy to get in and out as quickly as you would like.

The on Grand makes very-very good donuts. Like, really good! I enjoy a cake donut, white icing with crushed peanuts on top. Oh yum! Besides being tasty, the donuts look good. The donut display is always well-stocked in the mornings, and is super-clean. There are always plenty of boxes, bags and small (whatever they are called) things to pick up donuts. The wax paper thingies. The tongs are clean for picking up items way in the back. The kitchen staff are mindful in their food prep technique, sanitary, and friendly. The cashiers are quite pleasant, are well-groomed, and smile. Maybe the best Casey's General Store in the Metro. Great product, great people. I like this store.
